  • Consultation. The 1st Step

    A member of our design team will meet with you on-site. During this time we'll meet with all members of the project and begin to determine a preliminary path forward while getting a feel for your design aesthetic.  End Vision uses "state of the art" LIDAR scanning to create a three-dimensional image of your space(s).  We will create a fully dimensioned existing conditions PDF document using the scans taken at the appointment. 

  • Do you create permit documents?

    We sure do. Our team can help you through the conceptual design straight into the construction|bid documentation. Your contractor will use that information to obtain your permits! Book a consultation to get started! 

  • What does it cost for design services?

    Our services and pricing page has a more indepth look at our pricing and process.  $3.50 ft² (residential) $4.50 ft² (commercial)

    If you elect to use our build team to do the construction, your cost for design is $3.00 ft² (residential) $4.00 ft² (commerical)

  • Do you do renderings?

    We are the End Vision Visual Design Group -and we have made our living illustrating the finished condition of proposed construction.  We can absolutely help you with Renderings and animations, both interior and exterior. Let's talk about what you need to see! 

  • How do I get my finished documents

    For recently completed clients, when the project is complete you will be given the opportunity to download all files  associated with the project. For all other clients you will need to submit a  (CDR) Client Document Request form.

  • Ready to build?

    Now that you've got a design plan we're ready to get started!  Throughout the design process we've been working in the background to help keep your constuction budget in check.  Now that we have a finalized design, we're ready to start building. First, we pull the permit! 

  • I just need labor support - can you help?

    Our team can come out and quote your projects, usually within a work week from the booking date.  We have team members to support every construction task - so we can help, we need to see the project first.

  • How long does construction take?

    The length of your construction project will vary depending on the complexity and location. We will do our best to assess this ahead of beginning any work, and offer our best time-line along with contigency dates. Speed isn't as important as accuracy and attention to detail, so that's where our focus will lie. 

  • How much to get started?

    This will depend on your project. The typical request will fall between 20-50%, never full amounts requested up front. This will be spelled out in your contract prior to work starting.
